Diana Reid is Executive Vice President of The PNC Financial Services Group, and business executive of the bank’s commercial real estate business.  PNC Real Estate delivers lending and banking products for commercial real estate companies; multifamily financing and tax credit capital for apartment owners and developers; low income housing and affordable preservation fund investments; as well as commercial loan servicing, asset management and technology solutions for commercial lenders and investors.  The business includes over 1,000 employees serving commercial real estate companies nationwide.

Reid has been involved in the banking industry for over thirty years including 20 years at the investment bank Credit Suisse.  Reid has been actively involved in industry issues throughout her career, serving on issue working groups and as a founding member of the Mortgage Bankers Association commercial / multifamily board of governors and the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council.  Currently, Reid serves as Trustee and member of the global Board of Directors of the Urban Land Institute, and in July 2015, she was elected Governor of the Urban Land Institute.

In 2013, Reid was elected to membership of The Committee of 200, a global organization of women entrepreneurs and corporate executives and currently serves on the Committee of 200 Foundation board of directors.  Reid is a member of the board of directors and the executive committee of the Pittsburgh Opera, and a member of the Tocqueville Society of the United Way of Allegheny County.  For the past 6 years (2010-2015), Reid has been named one of the 25 Women to Watch as part of American Banker’s celebration of the Most Powerful Women in Banking.
