Diana Reid, ULI Trustee, ULIF Governor | Independent Board Director
Diana Reid is ULI Trustee and ULI Foundation Governor (elected in 2015). Currently, she serves as Product Council Chair of the ULI Urban Development Mixed-Use Council (UDMUC-Red) and as Juror for the 2020 ULI Hines Award.
Diana Reid has been a leader in the banking and commercial real estate industries for more than three decades, most recently as an executive of PNC Real Estate, the commercial real estate business division of PNC Bank, delivering lending and banking products for commercial real estate companies; debt financing and tax credit capital for apartment owners and developers; as well as commercial loan servicing and asset management solutions for commercial lenders and investors.
Reid has been an active voice on industry issues throughout her career, serving as a founding member of the Mortgage Bankers Association commercial/multifamily board of governors and a founding governor of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council. She served on the ULI Global Board of Directors (2013-2016).
In 2013, Reid was elected to membership of The Committee of 200 (C200), a global organization of women entrepreneurs and corporate executives, and currently serves as Vice-Chair of its board of directors. Reid is a member of the board of trustees of the Pittsburgh Opera.
