Brandi Wyskocil is a Real Estate Analyst with the Debt & Investment Sales Group in the Pittsburgh office of HFF. Brandi is primarily responsible for performing financial and market analysis, preparing and assisting with debt and equity packages and performing due diligence. Prior to joining HFF, she interned at Marcus & Millichap and Cervera Real Estate while attending the University of Miami to receive both her Masters in Real Estate Development and Urbanism and Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Finance. She also holds her NCI Charrette System Certification for community planning.
Brandi joined ULI while receiving her Masters Degree and was part of the Southeast Florida/Caribbean Young Leaders Group. She participated in the Gerald D. Hines Student Urban Design Competition in January 2011, which challenged teams to create a design around the Mount Baker Station of Seattle’s Sound Transit Link Light Rail System. After moving to Pittsburgh in July 2011, she joined the Pittsburgh District Council and Young Leaders Group, where she currently serves on the Young Leaders Executive committee as Co-Chair. ULI Pittsburgh has played an important role, providing invaluable networking opportunities for Brandi after moving to a new market. As Co-Chair, she enjoys planning educational and thought-provoking events for the Young Leaders Group and general Pittsburgh ULI membership.
