Pittsburgh:  Land of Opportunity Pittsburgh has recently been ranked by Harvard and Berkeley researchers as #2 in the Top 10 Cities to Achieve the American Dream.  Second only to Salt Lake City, Utah, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is noted as a city of high intergenerational upward mobility.  Researchers stated that “high mobility areas have less residential segregation, less income inequality, better primary schools, greater social capital, and greater family stability.”

Mid-Winter Mixer Review

ULI Pittsburgh members & friends gathered Thursday, January 16, for the Mid-Winter Mixer at Braddock’s Bar, which offered a wonderful occasion for relaxation & catching up.  An enjoyable networking opportunity for all, we were pleased to welcome seasoned ULI Pittsburgh members as well as first-time event attendees.   Check out some photos from the event, and keep your eyes open for future events of this nature.
