A Voice for the Hilltop

In a collaboration of business, government and community leaders, Hilltop Alliance and the Allentown Community Development Corporation recently announced a $1.5 million revitalization project in Allentown through a Neighborhood Partnership Program (NPP). Dollar Bank and PNC Bank, who have each committed to annual support of this 6-year project, were represented by Ray Garofalo and David Serafini at April 28’s Vision & Voices event, presented by the ULI Pittsburgh Young Leaders Group.
