Affordable and Thriving

As Pittsburgh continues the conversation surrounding affordable housing, The Affordable Housing Task Force (AHTF) has investigated ways to create potential solutions to a multifaceted issue.  On Wednesday, June 29, local developers were invited to a briefing on the AHTF report and insights on the recommendations outlined in the report, those which include: Housing Trust Fund, Increasing Utilization of 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Preserving Existing Deed-Restricted and Naturally-Occurring Affordable Housing Stock, and Inclusionary Housing.
