Commonwealth Housing Exchange
The ULI Pittsburgh + ULI Philadelphia Commonwealth Housing Exchange brings together up to 30 real estate and land use professionals throughout Pennsylvania to collaborate, share best practices, and build a strong network of connections across the Commonwealth. In its first year, the Commonwealth Housing Exchange will examine attainable housing supply, while investigating strategies that can improve the overall availability of housing stock in Pennsylvania.
The program, currently accepting applications from interested members, will consist of housing leaders in the ULI Pittsburgh and ULI Philadelphia District Councils participating as a cohort, featuring exclusive opportunities to engage in a collaborative environment over two days in each region. Programming for each workshop is curated to reflect each cities’ unique market successes, challenges, and opportunities to expand housing supply while fostering knowledge sharing and professional connections for industry leaders in similar markets across the Commonwealth.
Applications are open through Tuesday, April 15. A committee of member volunteers will select participants from among the pool of applicants that represent a diverse set of disciplines and perspectives (listed below). Applying does not guarantee acceptance into the exchange. Please see program timelines below for additional information.
