    Lisa Hart

    M&T Bank

    Lisa is currently a Vice President at M&T Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group. Prior to joining M&T Bank, she was a Vice President at Dollar Bank in their Real Estate Lending and Services group. Lisa has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience holding positions in relationship management, real estate syndications, portfolio management and credit underwriting. Lisa is a holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Penn State where she was also a graduate of the Schreyer Honors College and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. In addition to serving on the Steering Committee for WLI and being a member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of ULI, Lisa currently serves as a Member of the External Advisory Board for the Schreyer Honors College and a Member of the Advisory Board for the Penn State Beaver campus. She is also a member of the Finance Committee of the Edgeworth Club. Lisa currently lives in Sewickley with her husband and two children – Caitlin (7) and Conor (5).

    Cheryl Moon-Sirianni

    District Executive, PennDot District 11

    Cheryl Moon-Sirianni is the District Executive at PennDOT District 11 which includes Allegheny, Beaver and Lawrence Counties with 8,500 miles of roadway, 1,800 bridges, and a staff of about 787 people. Cheryl is a Lifetime Member of American Society of Highway Engineers, a member of the Engineers Society of Western PA and a member of Women’s Transportation Seminar. She is a registered professional engineer since 1992 and a graduate of Penn State University. She has worked for PennDOT for almost 35 years holding positions of Assistant District Executive for Design for 13 years, Contract Management Engineer and Project Manager. She has been instrumental in the development of significant regional projects.
