    Jamie Gildersleeve

    Director of Human Resources, Mascaro Construction

    As Director of Human Resources, Jamie Gildersleeve, brings ten + years of HR & project management experience to the table. Striving to exude the “humble, hungry, and smart” mentality of the Mascaro Advantage, she’s worked to level up the employee experience through improvements in the recruiting, onboarding and performance management sectors in just two short years at her company. Having made the jump from financial services to the construction industry in 2016, as the Senior Operations Manager for a local subcontractor, she absolutely enjoys all the idiosyncrasies the industry has to offer. A Pittsburgh area native, she earned her B.S. in Human Resources from Geneva College, and a MBA from Point Park University. Aside from Mascaro, Jamie is a member of the Grove City Young Professionals and serves on the board for AWARE, the Mercer County Center dedicated to eliminating the impact of domestic and sexual violence on the lives of women, children and families in the county where she resides. Her most prized accomplishment, is being a mom to Brooklyn (8), and Reese (5).

    Jodi Rennie

    Vice President & General Manager, Turner Construction Company Pittsburgh

    Jodi Rennie Vice President & General Manager With Turner 34 Years Jodi serves as vice president and general manager of Turner Construction Company’s Pennsylvania Region. She has direct oversight of personnel, responsibilities for field operations, preconstruction services, purchasing, estimating and accounting. Her primary focus is in meeting clients' expectations in the area of safety, quality, budget, schedule and the integrity with which Turner delivers services. Jodi joined Turner in 1987 in the New Jersey office. She progressed through various assignments during her career including holding the position of Regional Vice President of business development for Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In November 2017, Jodi moved to Pittsburgh to manage operations locally. Jodi is a graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She is the first female Board Member of the Master Builders’ Association of Western Pennsylvania and is also a member of Pittsburgh’s CEO’s for Sustainability and the Regional Growth and Competitiveness Committee of the Allegheny Conference. She and her husband Brian have two adult children, Matthew and Julia and a beloved golden retriever, Teddy. Prior to the pandemic, they enjoyed visiting museums, attending plays and sporting events, family vacations in Walt Disney World and spending time at their cabin in Vermont.

    Alyssa Kunselman

    Director of Business Development, Mascaro Construction

    With over 20 years in the construction industry, Alyssa Kunselman has served as Director of Business Development at Mascaro Construction since 2016. In this role, she develops and maintains long-term client and industry-related relationships with a primary focus on the buildings market. Alyssa is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Pittsburgh, where she sits on the Women’s Leadership Initiative Steering Committee; member of NAIOP Pittsburgh Board of Directors, where she serves as chair of the Marketing & Communications Committee; and a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Pittsburgh. In her community, Alyssa serves on the Board of Directors of the Greensburg Community Development Corporation; the Advisory Board of the Community Foundation of Westmoreland County, an affiliate of The Pittsburgh Foundation; and is a member of the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce, where she sits on the Government & Community Affairs Committee. Alyssa is a graduate of Duquesne University and Leadership Pittsburgh XXXIV. A lifelong resident of Westmoreland County, Alyssa lives in Greensburg with her husband Clay and their two young children, Grayson and Camilla.
