    Kirsten Compitello

    Design Hub Department Manager , Michael Baker International

    Urban planner and designer with a passion for bringing resources and solutions to build, promote, and strengthen communities. Ms. Compitello is an experienced Urban Designer with a focus on community engagement, placemaking, and town planning. She also works to promote equitable access across cities through a participatory design process, smart street design, and multimodal planning. She has led the design of numerous projects around the world, including Design Guidelines, neighborhood revitalization plans, new town master plans, downtown strategic plans, Transit Oriented Development, affordable housing development, conceptual architecture, branding and placemaking exercises, and more. She has participated in numerous charrettes both nationally and abroad, and is particularly passionate about public participation as a part of the design process. She has planned and facilitated dozens of public meetings and integrated different forms of interaction and outreach to suit a project’s individual needs. Ms. Compitello is also skilled in drawing and watercolor, and has also worked as a consulting digital illustrator to create aerial and perspective views of urban and architectural proposals using a blend of 3D modeling, hand drawing, and digital rendering technology.

    Kelley joined Burns Scalo in 1984 and has been influential in building the company’s portfolio of properties. She is now representing other building owners with the same mission as well as representing tenants in their search for new locations. Kelley has leased, marketed, and sold office, flex, retail, and warehouse space over her career. Kelley has represented and worked with many large and small companies, evaluating their real estate needs for growth, reduction, or realigning their portfolio to better fit their budget requirements.     Lynn DeLorenzo

    Director, Land Advisory Services, Fourth River Development

    Lynn DeLorenzo is a commercial real estate specialist with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Lynn’s primary focus throughout her career has been land. Through strategic analysis and repositioning of land in all sectors, including but not limited to office, industrial, and residential, she has demonstrated a strong track record of adding value to real estate. Originally from the greater Pittsburgh region, Lynn spent over twenty years in South Florida, where she was involved with master-planning large-scale land tracts, business parks with both industrial and office uses, and the integration of housing, apartments, office, and accessory retail into mixed-use environments. Lynn also has extensive experience in identifying land tracts for sale or acquisition, development, as well as assemblages of parcels for specific uses. She has the innate ability to identify sites long before they become relevant in a specific market. Ms. DeLorenzo has been active in NAIOP Pittsburgh and is a past chapter president. She was inducted into the NAIOP Pittsburgh Hall of Fame in 2022. Lynn is also a member of the ULI Pittsburgh District Council Executive Management Committee and Vice-Chair Emeritus of its Women’s Leadership Initiative. She is active on municipal and government agency committees in the review of zoning codes, transportation, and economic development initiatives.
