ULI Pittsburgh Learn from the Best 2025 Overview

The annual Learn from the Best (LFTB) program is one of YLG’s programs. Learn from the Best provides young and emerging professionals the rare opportunity to have a candid conversation with some of the most revered real estate and land use leaders in the Pittsburgh Region. Through a series of small group discussions, senior real estate veterans share their experiences in the industry. Often covering topics such as lessons learned, tricks of the trade, personal anecdotes, and career paths, these conversations are always engaging and a fantastic opportunity to form new connections and learn from one another.

Our ULI YLG Learn From The Best Program runs from January to May 2025. This exciting program includes three key in-person networking events: a kick-off event, speed networking, and a celebration at the end of the year in addition to a virtual event on how to make the most out of mentorship and your meetings with your assigned mentor.

Throughout the five-month program, you will be part of small group meetings (3 mentees to 1 mentor), providing an opportunity for more personalized guidance and collaboration. The cost to register for the program including all four events is $60 for members and $85 for non-members.

We’re thrilled to have 10 outstanding mentors from across the commercial real estate industry, each bringing valuable experience and insights to help shape the future of emerging professionals.
