Started by the San Francisco YLG chapter in 2005, the Learning from the Best (LFTB) program is now being implemented by YLG chapters across the country. During the program, Young Leaders and Next-Gen real estate industry professionals will spend quality time with local leaders allowing for a broad mix of insights.

This year, we are excited to bring this event back to Pittsburgh for a third time, featuring an all-star lineup of Pittsburgh’s top real estate professionals. The premise is simple: take 30-40 Young Leaders and Next-Gen industry professionals and 10-15 senior real estate leaders, and pair them into small groups. Over the course of 5 months, let them meet once a month and have a conversation about topics such as tips on career success, personal anecdotes, the state of the industry, tricks of the trade, current projects and trends, and more.
