ULI Pittsburgh was pleased to welcome 23 regional members participating in the 2018/2019 East Central Regional Product Council from Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, and Indianapolis this past week for a City Visit of Pittsburgh. The Regional Product Council (RPC) provides a multi-disciplinary forum for information exchange and the sharing of best practices among mid and senior-level members who work throughout the real estate and land use disciplines.
With a 2-day agenda packed with tours of the South Hills terminus and TOD developments, Strip District’s “Robotics Row”, Lawrenceville, Garfield, Oakland, and the Urban Core, the RPC focused on exciting local projects, private tours and guest presenters. We were thrilled to have city officials and industry leaders share stories of Pittsburgh’s past, present and future with our special guests – spotlighting several award-winning projects that helped to showcase our great city.
Featured projects included: The Ashby at South Hills Village Station, Siena at St. Clair, 3 Crossings, Arsenal 201, The Foundry at 41st, Penn Mathilda, Schenley Park as well as tours of JLL and PNC Tower. The next RPC City Visit is scheduled for Spring 2019 in Cincinnati. Stay tuned, and visit the RPC Tab for more details.
