Advisory Services
ULI Pittsburgh has been influencing the development of the Pittsburgh region since 1989. Don Carter (CMU, Remaking Cities Institute) and Jack Norris (CBRE) started ULI Pittsburgh after they saw the value of ULI and what it could bring to the region. Through the years, there have been seven Advisory Services Panels that have provided unbiased and independent solutions to the most complex land use problems facing our region. The recommendations that resulted from these panels have shaped the regional landscape where we live, work, and play.
With the mission to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide, ULI Pittsburgh is positioned to provide thought leadership across the spectrum of real estate product and organizational focus.
ULI Pittsburgh Welcomes the 8th Advisory Services Panel!
Monday, April 29 through Friday, May, 3, ULI Pittsburgh and Point Park University hosted a panel of ULI members from across the country to make recommendations on how the University can leverage its role as a downtown anchor to implement Pioneer Vision 2030. Specifically, the panel will look at creating a “Cultural Corridor,” managing the growth of adding 1,000 students and catalyzing the third renaissance with the “downtown university” being a major stakeholder. The final report will be available in late summer 2024. The final presentation can be accessed at the link below:
