    Regional Sustainability Manager - PA & NJ, Turner Construction Company

    In her nearly 10 years of experience at Turner Construction Company, Kayla has held many different roles and responsibilities including estimator, engineer, superintendent, and current role in business development. Through this experience, Kayla has developed a diverse knowledge base of the construction and real estate market. Her most rewarding experience was being involved on the Hahne & Co. Redevelopment project from the start of Turner’s involvement on the very first estimate to the end of their involvement on financial closeout. In addition to her experience on project and office roles, Kayla has supported various Turner initiatives including being an active member of NJWEST (NJ Women Enhancing Success at Turner), leading Turner’s Pennsylvania and New Jersey sustainability initiatives as Regional Sustainability Manager, and leading student engagement and recruiting at her alma mater the University of Pittsburgh. Lastly, Kayla has been an active member of USGBC New Jersey’s chapter for almost 10 years and currently sits on their Market Leadership Advisory Board.

His contributions have helped BranchPattern become one of the industry's largest and most progressive sustainability firms. Under his leadership, teams have successfully obtained hundreds of certifications for building, development, and portfolio-scale projects within the LEED, WELL, RESET, Fitwel, and Living Building Challenge frameworks.
