    Steel Street Capital Partners, LLC

Brandon currently serves as the President of Steel Street Capital Partners, LLC (“Steel Street”) where he is focused on all aspects of the commercial real estate development and investment process. When he founded Steel Street, he envisioned bringing an innovative perspective to an institutional approach. His most recent delivery is an example of this. The Helm on the Allegheny is a 219-unit mixed-income multifamily project that combines Class A multifamily product with 2-tiers of income-restricted housing and Pittsburgh’s first true co-living product. This multi-layered approach creates a product that taps into a wider pool of demand for housing, and provides a much broader range of rental rates while benefitting both the tenant and the landlord. Prior to founding Steel Street in 2016, Brandon served as a Director in the commercial real estate finance group at Guggenheim Partners in New York, NY, subsequently establishing an office in Santa Monica, CA primarily covering his west coast clientele. These clients included some of the largest private real estate funds, REITs, family offices, and institutions in the United States. Prior to Guggenheim Partners, Brandon served as the Vice President of Commercial Lending for Lydian Bank & Trust in Palm Beach, FL, and as a Financial Analyst with HFF in Pittsburgh, PA. With expertise in the valuation, underwriting, structuring, and financing of commercial real estate assets of all classes, Brandon has participated in over $1.8 billion of commercial real estate transactions covering multifamily, hotel, office, retail, and industrial assets. Brandon graduated from New York University in 2005.
