On August 8th, CBRE hosted ULI at 320 Smithfield Street for a panel discussion on public realm initiatives. Aaron Sukenik of Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, Anne Chen representing Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, and Matt Galluzzo of Riverlife provided the history behind some of their past projects as well as context for their present and planned projects. Data related to employee recovery, tourism, residential growth estimates, and total downtown daily activity was shared. The panel was moderated by Mamadou Balde of CBRE.
