ULI is an international, non-profit organization that explores a variety of land use issues, impartially reports findings, and convenes forums to find solutions. Our members control, own or enhance the value of more than 80 percent of the U.S. real estate market.

We would like to thank Michael Stern, Strada Architecture, for his service as Chairman to the Executive Committee and to ULI Pittsburgh (2005 - 2008).  Michael has made significant contributions to this organization and his leadership has allowed for significant opportunities to exist and flourish: Community Action Grants, Partnership Forum and the addition of an urban advisor--to name just a few of his achievements. 

Michael concluded service as chair on 6/30/08 and passes the role of chairman to John Watt, Barone, Murtha, Shonberg & White, Inc.
