WHAT IS ULI? ULI-the Urban Land Institute is an international, non-profit organization that explores a variety of land use issues, impartially reports findings, and convenes forums to find solutions. Our members control, own or enhance the value of more than 80 percent of the U.S. real estate market. Locally, we offer ULI Pittsburgh, one of many District Councils under the direction of an executive steering committee who brings the ULI experience to the golden triangle.
